We always strongly recommend that you complete a scalp patch test before applying to your hair and scalp to ensure no adverse effects, as we cannot be responsible if an allergic reaction occurs. SEHO uses either domestic or international couriers, depending on the final delivery destination.  Pricing varies based on the courier used, and we will always provide you with a choice of couriers so that you can choose the best option to suit your needs. We always make sure the delivery cost is kept within a minimum price range by using the most efficient delivery methods. Please note that if your tracking receipt shows your package has been delivered, it may have been left in your community mailbox, signed for and received by another member of your residence, or delivered to your reception/concierge desk. If you are still unable to locate your package, or if you have any other problems with receipt of your delivery, please contact Customer Care.

Simple Edges Hair Oil has an open policy concerning refunds. Due to health and safety regulations, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund. However, if the product is damaged during the delivery duration, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge, once a declaration has been submitted with the courier company. Furthermore, we are more than happy to send you a replacement for the poppet, upon request.

Although sulfates are responsible for providing the foaming lather in your shampoos, they may actually do more harm than good. If you have particularly sensitive skin or dry, damaged hair, sulfates can make the problem worse, by causing an allergic reaction or irritation of the hair or scalp. Even though shampoos with sulfates can clean your hair thoroughly, they can also strip the hair’s natural oils as well, leaving it dull and dry.
